 Flow Computer with Gas Well Management Controller

This Computer/Controller has enabled the use of several make and model field devices for various applications with one complete and versatile controller. Plug-In module capability and easy configuration options allow for adding new functionality after the unit is installed in the field. Addition of the data acquisition and calculation module to the Operator interface has enhanced the package for a complete Gas Well Management Controller and Flow Computer System.



Relay Module


The relay module card accepts 8 transistor inputs and controls 8 isolated relays. The normally open and closed contacts of the relays are accessible through terminals. The relays can be individually replaced with ease and indicator LED�s provide the user information about the status of each relay.

Our quality and reliability along with the speed of our design and manufacturing cycle time compared to customer�s internal cycle times were the main factors for Entek to be awarded as the supplier.



Home Appliance Speed Control Units

The Speed Control Unit is being manufactured since 1991. It was smartly designed by ENTEK for use in different models of the same appliance with multiple speed selections. The unique design with fewer components and with lower EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) has enabled us to be selected as the supplier.



Switching Mode DC/DC Converter

These converters are designed and manufactured by ENTEK for use with the stereo equipment in buses and trucks.



Remote Control Unit

The remote control module is designed and manufactured as an OEM application to operate automatic curtains and blinds. It is an RF (Radio Frequency) based module, which consists of a hand held transmitter card and a receiver card operating at 434 MHz. The units can be configured for 64 different combinations eliminating the cross talk when several units are used in the same area.

This product can be used in similar remote control applications.



Tank Level Indicator

Tank Level Indicators are designed and manufactured for the automotive industry. They are used in LPG tank applications to indicate the level of the LPG. The design is relatively simple, however the production volume is highly demanding at 8000 units per week. This is achieved at our SMD (Surface Mount Design) manufacturing line that can place 10.000 components per hour.





LED Traffic Lights

These units are usually retrofitted to existing traffic light cases to replace the conventional lights for significant energy savings. The product line includes red lights, count down timers, walk-do not walk symbols along with the newly introduced high intensity yellow and green LED lights.

Cross-functionally trained labor force enabled ENTEK to tackle this labor-intensive assembly to deliver a much shorter cycle time than the customer�s established supplier that earned us an ongoing production volume of 2000 units per month.





Power Generator Control System and Battery Charger


This is an ENTEK manufactured unit based on customer�s design. It is used in power generators as the main control and indication panel. Some systems also include a 12V-5 Amp or 24V-3Amp battery charger as a separate unit.





Controllers for commercial heating systems


Microprocessor based controller for natural gas heating systems used in residences or commercial buildings. The card is a hybrid design; it has conventional through hole components as well as surface mount components. The hybrid design is to benefit from smaller surface mount components to conserve space yet to benefit from through hole components since they are easier to find in the market, price effective in lower quantities, and can have better tolerances or ranges.
